Enjoy Reading :)
-------------------------------------------
The farthest place I've gone through was Boracay last August of 2010 and now Davao City which is located in Mindanao Area. At the moment I told my Mom about this vacation a few months ago, of course I asked first permission if she allowing me to meet and greet Josh' family aside from that my Mom also worried if Davao city safe from NPAs and told me "Baka makidnap ka jan" something like that.
But then, Yes She allowed!
Well Here is the MAJOR Firsts with this Trip:
- First time to ride an airplane by myself even though my office mates scares me about their experiences riding an airplane, like air pressure pain and airplane disturbances that can make your stomach upside down for a moment. Well I experienced it BOTH!
- First time to celebrate New year away from my family, well maybe that is the only saddest part in this adventure.
- First time to meet His family with super bonding that I'm gonna share later.
- First time to wear one piece bikini ahahha . This was taken in Samal Island.

So i'm done with the introduction I guess, Please bear with me I'm not yet that good in blogging. :)
So let's move on.
DAY I Arrived at Davao International Airport last December 25 at exactly 8:30pm with an hour and a half transit from Manila-Davao with Flight number 2P 987AirPhil Express. hmm detailed :)
Arriving at the airport, I don't know where to get my checked-in baggage so I decided to just follow my co-passengers.Thank God I made it.
So I texted Josh that I arrived. So I first met him, actually with his Dad who welcomes me with a smile and a warm greetings.
So we got to their house an finally meet Mommy, Monik (his younger sister), Ram (their yougest) and also Chubby Their dog, and lastly that night I also meet the yummiest ever "calderetang ribs" I ever tasted :)

1. Philippine Eagle Center
Its a rainy Monday that make us stay the house whole day so, it's more on a EAT and SLEEP EAT and SLEEP :)
We went to Philippine Eagle Center 15-minute ride from Josh house. I have so many things in my mind, I don't know where to start telling you the story, so i decided to pick 5 things I love in Philippine Eagle center. (So that I can sort the bests :) )
A. Bats
Philippine eagle center is home of our Philippine eagles and other animals like bats, birds, owls, and etc.Upon entering the facility you will notice this bat hanging with a papaya as his food. I just found out that this kind of bat is one of the largest bat in the Philippines.
B. Owl
It is also my first time to see a real owl! hahaha! We're just so blessed to have the care taker feeding them that time and gladly Kuya was so kind to us. yey!
C.Fish Pond
There was a pond on the entrance of this facility that has a lot of fish like big Tilapia and other common fishes. We just buy a 10 peso worth of bread to feed them.
D. Cobra
This is also my first time to see a cobra, this cobra is an Albino. Which is very rare.
I thought it is free to touch or to take some picture of this, but you need to pay in order to have a picture with it. Actually after this picture was taken, I immediately ran away from this snake :)
E.Eagle
And lastly my trip to Davao will never be complete, if I have not experienced Eagles.
This eagle is not a Philippine eagle, It is just a White-Bellied Sea Eagle. If you will see the actual Philippine Eagles they were far away from the trail were visitors are allowed to pass by, that is because their cage is like a three- floor building in size and this is their mating season (nov-feb if I'm not mistaken)
so they need to concentrate and needs to be far away from distractions according to the care-taker.
2. Malagos Garden Resort | Birds & Landscapes = FUN :)
