Exploring BOHOL Part 2 : Countryside Tour

I don't know what's in the title As I always seen that "Countryside tour" tag whenever I search for tours which referring to visiting Loboc, Baclayon , Chocolate hills and etc.

This is a continuation of our tour. This might not be the tour we have in order but you can check the actual itinerary we have here, plus the expenses and other details :)

1. Blood Compact Site
This was our first destination straight from the Airport, As we decided not to rent any place to stay as the bf  has  relatives living here, and because we don't wanna waste every single time we have in this lovely Island :)
That's why you can see that our bags were with us :) We are also with our driver, Kuya Ramil as we chose to hire a tricycle rather than renting a van which cost as double the price :) #tipidMode

Thanks to the boyf's effort for editing the pictures, as I'am not as good as he is , Very Supportive indeed :)
Blood Compact Site

I dunno if you will like this as much As I did! :)

Thank You Josh :)
2.  Baclayon Church
Even though I am not a Roman Catholic I was amazed knowing that this church is a 417 years old church (416 or 417, I'am a bit confused) and This is I think the 3rd oldest church in the Philippines.
Feeling Lost huh!

The bags... See!

With him :)
3. Prony, the Python in Albur

I pay to scare myself today :) ahahhaha... You willsee my bravest picture Ever. !! As few of you knew that I am sooo scared to those creatures esp. FROOOOOOOOOGS , but I didn't saw any frogs here, thank you Lord :)  but I am a bit uncomfortable with rough-skinned animals or insects. Anyway, i'm trying :) and here it is ...

halata namang takot ako diba?? ang tagal magset up ng cam ni J.

My most bravest picture :) Ever!
 4. Man Made Forest

The Bohol Man-Made is a mahogany forest stretching in a 2km stretch of densely planted with Mahogany trees located in the border of Loboc and Bilar towns. Before and after you reach the man-made forest there are also naturally grown forests of Loboc and Bilar which has a thick kaleidoscope of green foliage, different kinds of trees and giant ferns lining the road. -Wikipedia :)

I thought I was not in the Philippines when I was passing these trees. I love it so much!

On our way to Tagbilaran, to pick up Josh's Uncle to the airport he is from Bhutan a small country in the Himalayas Region :) And the two guys here is Josh's cousins :) Thanks to them ... They serves as our guide and our driver ..

As you can see I did not include Chocolate Hills , Balicasag Island Experience, Loboc River and our DANAO adventure, I will do separate blogs about that :)

Make sure to include Bohol on your Travel list .. It is a wonderful place :)

Exploring BOHOL Part 1: For Travelers

Travel Travel Travel Atlast ... :)
Since the boyfriend was assigned to work abroad last March-June 2012, We planned to have this out of town trip after his travel from Ireland to catch up with each other.
So, last July 6-9 we went to BOHOL. Yey!

Thank you Lord for giving me an opportunity to escape from School thesis, school projects, Exams Suicidal Schedule and from my stressful working environment.

                                                     Bound for Tagbilaran (Friday)
Getting ready for the 12nn Flight with Cebu Pacific. (Gosh my blush On!! haha)
Travel Details :

1. Itenerary
You can choose between availing promo tours and a customized itenerary, As for me we planned the itenerary since Josh and I stayed with his relatives.

Tips:
1. If you are planning for a customized trip. Please carefully plan the places which you want to visit, as per our experience Bohol's Tourists Spots are somehow far from each other and it will be time consuming to travel from 1 place to another. Get a Map and visit those places within the vicinity.
2. It is much better to travel in Group. You can save. :)

The people there are very nice, hospitable and Friendly. As what Kuya Ramil told us (Tricycle Driver) The only industry they have is their Tourism so the Gov't of Bohol make sure that they are doing their best to make the tourists comfortable and relaxed.

They speak Bisaya. English and Tagalog.
